Ensure it’s protected to prevent damage. Include a short cover letter

Ship It Back

Please use standard shipping via your local post office. We do not
accept returns via express couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, EMS).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you’re exchanging
an item, shipping fees both ways must be covered.

Refund Exclusions:

We do not refund original shipping fees or taxes.

Only the product price will be refunded.
